Subscription Cancellation

Note: Cancellation is different from a refund.

  • • You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings
  • • After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period
  • • No future charges will be made after cancellation
  • • Cancelled subscriptions can be reactivated at any time

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and refund transactions.

When you request a refund, it will be processed through Paddle and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
